The apple is what I wanted the picture of & messed with it on & off all day. It is the biggest apple I have EVER seen... really it's the size of a grapefruit! I couldn't get the size into perspective though, so just went with this one of it in an old chair. I love that chair, by the way, it came from my great-grandmother's house.

Can I tell you how much I am loving this Photoshop trick? And I really don't think it has anything to do with the fact that it is the ONLY Photoshop trick I know... so far!!

Here is my very first attempt at editing with Photoshop. I love black & white pictures (obviously), and I like when b&w have just a hint of color. Not all the time, but just for something different. So I wandered around outside our house this afternoon, trying my best to stand the cold, and looking for an interesting shot. My little Corvair convertible was blanketed in snow and had icicles bordering the windows. Once I looked at them on the computer I picked this shot to play around with in Photoshop. Below is the original (so you can see what else is red in the car)...
